Within Cumberland, there are a number of major investment and development opportunities.  Contact the Village of Cumberland team, for more information.

  1. The Bevan Road Lands is the largest supply of future industrial land in Comox Valley. It is a huge piece of mostly vacant industrial land, currently zoned for heavy industry (I-2), waste facilities (I-4), and silviculture or medical marijuana facilities (IGR, or Industrial Greenways Reserve). 
  2. Highway 19 Interchange Lands, which includes a 3 km strip of land along highway frontage for commercial purposes.
  3. The Dunsmuir Core, presenting an opportunity to attract hotels as well as other tourism and accommodation-related businesses.
