- The Bevan Road Lands is the largest supply of future industrial land in Comox Valley. It is a huge piece of mostly vacant industrial land, currently zoned for heavy industry (I-2), waste facilities (I-4), and silviculture or medical marijuana facilities (IGR, or Industrial Greenways Reserve).
- Highway 19 Interchange Lands, which includes a 3 km strip of land along highway frontage for commercial purposes.
- The Dunsmuir Core, presenting an opportunity to attract hotels as well as other tourism and accommodation-related businesses.
